Make a list of
random words, some of which begin with the letter "K". Read them
slowly and clearly to your child. When your child hears Mr. K's
sound, they should give a Kaboom Kick into the air! (Have them stand
well clear of anything they might accidentally kick, of
course!) |

Create simple
kites using colorful tissue paper attached to a paper or plastic
straw frame. Or, if you're really adventurous, make a real kite and
take it for a sail with your child on a blustery day!
Discuss
different types of kicking games, and why your child should never
kick a living thing. |
